PraxisPro, a data intelligence company, is addressing the fractured state of Life Sciences commercial data by surfacing previously undocumented and inaccessible datasets to drive novel commercial insights and improve patient outcomes.

We are accelerating the Commercial AI revolution by designing and industrializing AI-native commercial datasets, which we bring to life through a growing suite of products on our next-generation learning experience platform. The success or failure of our mission has profound consequences for patients seeking the therapeutics they need.

As a result, we do not operate like most companies you may have worked at or are interviewing with today. We are intentional, opinionated, and disciplined in how we build, communicate, and execute. Our culture is not for everyone, and that is by design.

The PraxisPro Tenets (Non-Negotiable)

1. Do Not Be Greedy

This tenet shapes how we work together. We value long-term equity over short-term leverage, shared success over individual gain, and durable outcomes over personal ego. Greed shows up as shortcut-taking, credit hoarding, and optimizing for self at the expense of the team. That behavior has no place at PraxisPro.

2. No Hubris

We are not the hero of the story; our customers are. At the earliest stages of building, assuming we have the answers is the fastest way to miss the mark. Humility keeps us grounded in data, close to real-world use, and open to being wrong. Conviction is required. Certainty is not.

When organizations fail to provide clarity, context, decision rights, and accountability, people fail. Leaders at PraxisPro are responsible for designing systems that enable success.
