Description

About Us

PraxisPro is a seed-stage SaaS startup building conversational AI agents that transform how life sciences companies train their sales and account teams. Our platform delivers personalized, scalable training experiences that drive measurable impact in one of the most regulated, high-stakes industries in the world.

We move with urgency, stay close to our customers, and are building the go-to learning and intelligence platform for life sciences commercial teams. As our Marketing Manager, you'll be embedded in everything from shaping our positioning and messaging to running the campaigns that drive our pipeline.

The Role

As our Marketing Manager, you'll own marketing execution end-to-end — from building inbound pipelines to bringing our positioning and product launches to life in the market. You'll run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and SEO, lead launch sequencing and GTM execution in close partnership with product leadership, and represent PraxisPro at industry events.

You'll have significant ownership over how we build out our marketing function, what our channel mix looks like, and how we measure impact. If you thrive on variety, ownership, and building something from the ground up, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive inbound prospect interest:

Build and run lead-generation programs across email and LinkedIn that fill the top of the funnel with qualified, high-intent prospects.

  • Build product awareness and visibility:

Own our voice in the market — positioning, messaging, and content that make PraxisPro the name life sciences buyers recognize and trust.

  • Build email automation and segmentation:

Build and optimize automated email workflows, and develop audience segmentation strategies to deliver more personalized, relevant content across the funnel.

  • Own Social presence:

Develop and publish a consistent cadence of social content that builds our brand and engages life sciences buyers and champions.

  • Lead SEO strategy:

Build our organic search foundation — keyword strategy, content, and site optimization — to drive durable inbound traffic over time.

  • Run end-to-end campaign management:

Take campaigns from concept to execution to results — setting goals, coordinating assets, and reporting on what worked.

  • Support GTM initiatives:

Partner closely with sales and leadership on go-to-market planning for new product launches, features, and market segments.

  • Own event management:

Plan and execute PraxisPro's presence at industry events, webinars, and conferences that build pipeline and visibility.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, in a lean, fast-moving environment.

  • Proven track record marketing to complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees rather than individual consumers — you understand longer B2B sales cycles and how marketing supports a sales-led motion.

  • Hands-on channel experience: you've personally run email campaigns, built a LinkedIn content engine, and driven organic growth through SEO — this is a doer role.

  • Experience building automated, segmented email workflows (e.g., nurture sequences, lifecycle campaigns) using a marketing automation platform.

  • Full-funnel campaign experience: you can take a campaign from idea to execution to results, and you know how to measure what's working.

  • Strong writer and communicator: comfortable drafting a LinkedIn post, an email sequence, and a GTM brief in the same week.

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats: at a seed-stage company, “that's not my job” isn't in your vocabulary.

  • Technical curiosity: you should be comfortable talking about AI products and translating product nuance into clear, compelling marketing.

  • Organized and self-directed: you can manage multiple campaigns and an events calendar at once without things slipping.

  • Experience executing product launches or campaign sequencing — comfortable taking strategic direction on positioning and messaging and translating it into a well-run, well-timed campaign.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to life sciences, healthcare, pharma, or medical device buyers.

  • Experience marketing regulated or compliance-sensitive products.

  • Prior experience at an early-stage or startup company.

  • Experience planning and running industry conference or trade show presence.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Instantly).

Work Environment

  • Location: New York Metropolitan Area, 4 days per week in-office (1 day remote).

  • Team Size: Small, lean team — expect direct collaboration with founders and all functions.

  • Pace: Fast-moving, customer-driven — we iterate quickly and aren't attached to lengthy planning cycles.

  • Culture: Results-oriented, no ego, collaborative problem-solving.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience and background)

  • Equity: Competitive startup equity package

  • Health insurance, 401(k), and other standard benefits

  • Flexible PTO

Note on salary: Range reflects startup stage and your specific background. We pay competitively for talent and experience but are transparent that seed-stage resources are finite. If you have deep domain expertise in life sciences marketing, we're willing to be at the higher end of the range.

About Our Customers

Life sciences companies (pharma, biotech, medical device) invest heavily in training their sales and account teams, but existing solutions are outdated, expensive, and don't leverage AI. We're building the modern training platform they need — faster onboarding, better retention, measurable impact on selling effectiveness.
