Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our AI-driven learning platform. You will play a critical role in the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), focusing on building automated testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of our applications. This role requires a deep understanding of quality assurance practices and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.

• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

• Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

• Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on testability and quality.

• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks.

• Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

• Generate test reports and provide insights into the quality of releases.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role in software development.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience with test case management tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with building automated testing frameworks and tools.

• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and/or LLM (Claude Cowork) for test automation.

• Experience with performance and security testing.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and testing AI-driven applications.
