Badge Center turns ongoing performance into something visible, motivating, and worth coming back to. The gamification layer is designed to keep reps engaged in their learning week over week.
At the core is a five-tier system: Recruit, Specialist, Field Leader, Field Pro, and PraxisPro. Each tier has three sub-tiers, keeping progress feeling continuous, no long plateaus between milestones.
XP accumulates through call activity, performance scores, and consistency, and tiers reflect real, sustained skill-building across weeks.
Weekly goals keep the system active. Reps set a target, track it against their actual week, and see where they land. Miss the goal three weeks running and it can trigger a demotion, the system is built around consistency.
Badges layer on top of tiers to recognize specific achievements: call milestones, performance scores, and consistency streaks each have their own badge family, so reps get credit for the particular thing they did well.
Coming soon for managers: challenge creation tools with simple, template-based criteria for setting team-specific goals.
Together, it's designed to make progress feel earned and visible, week over week, without turning the job into a game for its own sake.
